Gurbhajan Gill
Gurbhajan Singh Gill, widely recognized as Gurbhajan Gill, is a prominent Punjabi poet, literary commentator, and dedicated cultural activist situated in Ludhiana, India. Born on May 2, 1953, in the Basant Kot village of Batala tehsil, Gurdaspur district, Punjab, India, Gill obtained his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from GGN Khalsa College, Ludhiana, and Govt. College (Boys) Ludhiana, respectively. His professional experience includes a tenure as a Lecturer in Punjabi at Guru Nanak National College, Doraha, and LRM College (now DAV College) Jagraon. Since 1983, Gurbhajan Gill has been actively contributing to the field of literature as the Editor (Punjabi) at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana.
