Mushtaq Soofi
Mushtaq soofi is a Punjabi writer and poet. He belongs to Sahiwal, where his ancestors migrated from Jalandhar as sahiwal had more prospects in agriculture due to the modern irrigation system. He graduated from Government College, Lahore in English literature; however, he chose Punjabi for his literary expression. He has so far published six poetry books. He has also translated English literature in Punjabi.
